New Watch
Looking at Venus, the latest creation by Century, even Botticelli, the great Renaissance artist who immortalized the Birth of Venus would nod his head in absolute approval. It seems unfair to call it simply a watch because its beauty makes it nothing less than a work of art. Inspired by the myth of the ocean and the numerous wondrous treasures buried in its depths, Century has truly brought out a jewel.
Based on the age old motif of the birth of Venus from Roman mythology, Century has crafted for us this pendant watch, which is made of white, yellow or red gold, molded into elegant designs, encrusted with a hand-cut sapphire. Its different elements, the silver and gold metal and the perfectly polished sapphire make the reflected light give it a superb sparkle. Handcrafted to resemble a sea shell, the sapphire is beautified even more by 351 diamonds, covering both the insides and outside of this gem.
Its technical qualities match its external splendor. The stunning luminous display is set inside the sapphire shell. Made with 18ct. gold and hand cut sapphire consisting of 130 facets, it is surely high up there in terms of quality. Just one look makes you own this magnificent piece.
