Indian Bridal Fashion

Indian Bridal Fashion:As every category of couture undergoes change so is the same for bridal fashion. That white gown has metamorphosed into the modern gown with variations off the counting numbers. However in India, the subtlety is still maintained as very rarely is a girl keen for an off shoulder dress.
So what is in for Indian bridal fashion? Well, it all depends on what is your size and style. For those who are tall and slim particularly everything looks good on them. They do not have too much of thinking and ill-fitting gowns to try on. The problem arises if you are short in stature, hourglass shaped or pear shaped.
Indian Bridal FashionFor girls that are hourglass shaped, fitted designs look really well on them as they have a defined line. A deep V neckline looks great. So take a deep cut to the level you are comfortable. It minimizes the look of the bust. An A lined skirt will enhance the look and one can also go in for the varied drapes and ruching. However a two piece dress should be avoided, as that would add to the shape.
Similar rules go in for pear shaped girls. However here girls can opt for the two-piece dress as it minimizes the distinction between the bust and the hip area. A-lined is always in for this shape. Though bias cuts are in, these two body types should stay away from them as they make you look even more bulky.
Fabric too plays a large role in giving the ultimate look for the dress. Beaded and embroidered fabrics are in vogue. Especially if it is done on satin. But these days fabrics like viscose and polyester with embroidery are also available. Also crystals are very much in use. But the right crystal has to be chosen to achieve that dignified look. Tailors mostly prefer the Swarovski brand as it is long lasting and elevates the entire look and feel of the dress.
Lace ofcourse is another important ingredient for Indian bridal gowns. Laces these days are best from Italy, France and Swiss. The Chantilly lace from France is the most sought after lace as its nuances give the dress a new demeanor. Stretch lace is also in fashion as it gives a perfect fit for those tight fitting dresses. Metallic laces with silver, gold or bronze metallic thread are very in too.
There is a whole lot of variety to look for that is continuously changing with the changing trends. However you have to decide what looks best on you by keeping in mind what is in but at the same time realizing what compliments your body the best
