Mini-floral dresses

No joke. There are literally hundreds of lovely mini-floral dresses available this season that would make picture perfect bridesmaid dresses. I've limited myself to sharing just a few with you, for fear that this virtual garden of mine will grow out of control. The trick, in my opinion, to nailing this season's liberty print trend is to look for delicate prints. Mini florals, the kind that almost don't look like flowers at all, are my favorite. Maybe a tiny green leave is identifiable and of course, a cluster of petals, but don't overwhelm your bridal party with oversized prints.


I love this sweet floral cardigan that was worn for an engagement shoot shot by Shannon Nicole Smith Photography but could easily work as a wedding day accessory just as easily. Below, while the rest of the bridal party wore blue strapless dresses, this Maid of Honor stood out in a lovely floral print bridesmaid dress by Dessy.
